ROLEDue to expansion plans an additional Consultant is required to assist in the growth of the business. The branch has a strong client base and an excellent reputation with both Clients and Candidates within the local area. Your main role will be to cold call new Clients and retain and develop business with existing and past Clients. You will be targeted on margin delivery rather than your calls made and visits attended. As the business expands over the next 6 to 12 months there will be an opportunity for you to progress to branch manager!
