Due to the continued success of the Northampton branch, they are now looking to recruit a sales person to the role of Trainee Recruitment Consultant. You must be self motivated, driven and have the desire to succeed and a win win attitude. The role will involve working in a very fast paced environment where no 2 days are the same. Much phone work will be involved so you must be able to communicate with people of all levels and not be afraid to pick up the phone and get on with it!
