Description: Role: Specialist Resourcing Consultant Location: Edinburgh Earnings: Up to £16k basic plus an excellent commission structure. At Computer People, we are currently recruiting for a Specialist Resourcing Consultant to join our Edinburgh office. Key Responsibilities Interview candidates for selection purposes to ensure technical as well as cultural fit (telephone or face to face where possible) Fully qualify candidates on the role, location, rate, client requirements (such as credit checks or reference policies) Prepare CVs for submission including filling in coversheets Arrange and book interviews, brief and prepare candidates for interview Ongoing contact with placed candidates to ensure quality assurance delivery Skills, Knowledge & Attributes Good computer skills and ability to acquire knowledge of the in-house candidate database swiftly in order to be able to undertake multi-level searches Good reasoning skills and ability to screen and eventually interview applicants Excellent telephone skills Presentation skills Knowledge of the market place and of competitors Negotiation skills Technical knowledge Ability to project professionalism and personality over the phone and face to face Networking skills Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines Good time management skills Ability to multi-task Attention to detail The role of a Specialist Resourcing Consultant requires that you undertake lots of telephone work, sourcing potential candidates.
