Description: My client, a leader in cutting-edge FX solutions, is looking for an internal recruitment manager to develop the recruitment process. The main areas of responsibility will be Employer Branding, Interviewing & Selection, Vacancy Management, Graduate Recruitment, Supplier Management and Talent Pool Development. The right candidate needs solid experience in in-house recruitment on a managerial level, experience in competency based interviewing as well as experience of administering aptitude and psychometric tests.
