Due to expansion, our client now requires an ASSOCIATE SALES RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT to work on their temporary desk, within their high level, Main Contracting, Housing and Civils sectors. This is a brand new start up desk in their Cambridge Office, ready for a capable and experienced consultant to jump straight in and start earning an excellent salary. Once you have built this desk up to its full potential, you have the opportunity for more progression and therefore more money and benefits!! The successful candidate will need to possess at least 2 years white collar construction recruitment experience, Sales background, have proven billing experience, and the drive and ambition to thrive in this buzzing and expanding environment. In return, our client is willing to offer the following fantastic package Basic salary of £18 - £25k, Car allowance, Great commission structure with the opportunity to earn OTE £50k+ in first year….
