To produce training material, identify skills gaps, plan training sessions and deliver the training and coaching required for the Customer Services Officers to enable them to deliver an excellent service to our customers.The Group works a 35 hour week, 9.00am-5.00pm, Monday to Friday, but additional hours may be required to be undertaken during busy periods.
