Description: We require a Void Surveyor for one of our clients in South West London. The main duties of the position will be to inspect properties for defects in response to maintenance works in void properties and turning them around as quickly as possible. The types of maintenance may include fire and flood damage, and kitchen and bathroom replacements. The successful applicant must have had previous experience as a Maintenance Surveyor or Void Surveyor within a housing association or local authority.Although this client is based in South West London they will require you to look after the North London patch so most of the time you will be in North London but regularly having to travel back to South West London.
