Description: Training & Employment Adviser Have you experience in providing training & employment advice to the long-term unemployed? Want to be part of an award winning team? Badenoch & Clark currently have 2 vacancies for a full time (35 hours) and part time (25 hours) Training & Employment adviser following a recent restructure. Working as part of the award winning employment initiatives team, you be responsible for providing high quality advice, guidance and support to unemployed people and helping local residents back to work. The successful candidate will have the following skills: ·Excellent interpersonal skills ·Experience of working with vulnerable people / unemployed. ·A strong understanding of good practice in job searching and applications ·Possess excellent IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook ·Successful background of engaging with employers ·Ideally be educated to NVQ Level 3 in Advice & Guidance In return you will be: ·Offered an excellent salary + additional benefits. ·Working alongside a supportive and highly professional team. ·Given the opportunity for personal development and career progression.
