A large commercial office campus based in Kensington require an additional team member to join the FM Maintenance Department.This site is based nr to both Kensington - OLYMPIA and West Kensington tube stations.An Engineer with both Electrical & Mechanical expertise is required to carry out the overall maintenance on site. This will include Lighting , Aircond units , Kitchen and toilet areas etc.. exposure to minor plumbing also an advantage.The site will operate a 37.5hr working week and benefits include - 25 days holiday , private medical care and after 1 yrs of service a contrib pension scheme. Base salary £24-26kPlease apply urgently !!
