Our client, an expanding housing association and member of the G15 group, is looking for an IAG project coordinator to join their highly professional team. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a small friendly team in reaching as many local people to help with a broad range of advice, guidance and support towards employment. We are looking for someone who would enjoy the responsibility of leading a highly successful project and building on that success to take it forward to meet new challenges. The successful candidate will have the following skills: ·Experience of working with people in a guidance and support capacity. ·Demonstrated cost awareness and understanding of budgets. ·Recruited, coached and guided individual team members to achieve individual targets. ·The ability to build and maintain close working relationships with external agencies. ·Have an awareness of the support needs of unemployed people. ·Ideally be qualified to IAG NVQ Level 4 In return you will be: ·Offered an excellent salary + additional benefits. ·Working alongside a supportive and highly professional team. ·Given the opportunity for personal development and career progression.
