Description: Tenant Liaison Officer-LiverpoolI am currently looking for an experienced TLO to take on a permanent contract with a Merseyside based social housing contractor. Applicants must have previous experience working for either a housing association or a contractor as a tenant liaison officer and be comfortable spending a large amount of time out on site working with maintenance and building teamsThis role will involve dealing with tenants on a day-to-day basis, conducting tenant choice surveys, making pre and post entry visits, resolving any problems that may occur daily.
