You will be ensuring that quality housing management services are delivered by responding to customer and organisational needs, as well as promoting best practice.You will be at the cutting edge of our relationship with our residents, managing Supporting People contracts and working with external agents, so you will require strong experience in delivering key services to our customers. You will need plenty of energy, initiative and a real passion for providing the very best service to tenants.
