Description: Our Client is looking for an Area Mortage Manager to join their Financial Services Management Team in East London. As an Area Mortgage Manager you will be responsible for: The motivation, coaching and management of your Mortgage Advisor Team. Working alongside their Residential Team Members including Management in order to drive the referral process. Ensure your Mortgage Advisors adhere to our Training and Competency Scheme (adhering to all the relevant regulations). Personal Sign Ups and Personal Productivity. Performance, 1:1s.
