Description: Our client is a multi-faceted Business with a specialist real estate development company with a property portfolio that spans through out the Middle East. They currently have close to AED 1 billion worth of real estate developments with 4 projects currently under construction and 2 masterplanned. They currently require a Facilities Manager to run their Industrial City development. This development is one of the largest in their portfolio covering a surface area of 700 000 square km. You will have experience in maintenance, IT services and security (hard and soft services) thus the client has stated that the successful candidate will come from an Engineering background. Applicants will preferably have experience of working in the Middle East to fully understand the logistics and protocol of the business. An excellent opportunity to take complete control of the delivery of several large scale complex developments with attractive rewards. There is also amazing scope for career development as the successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop a new Facilities Management business for the company.
