Our client is a large international firm of chartered quantity surveyors. Their office in Newcastle upon Tyne now seek a Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor ideally from a private practice background although someone from a main contractor may be considered to work on a range of regeneration, commercial, retail and education projects. You will join an office of around 40 people which includes both QS's and project managers and you will have the opportunity to get involved in pre and post contract work on a range of projects.
