My client is an established Estate Agents based in Liverpool they are looking for a highly experience New Homes Manager to join their already successful team.
You must currently be selling New Homes either here or abroad and must have the experience to be able to take on this demanding role.
You will be responsible for all aspect of the New Homes department, including meeting sales targets, snagging, sales progression, liaison with Site Manager, staff training, administration.
In return my client will offer a generous basic salary together with an excellent commission package.
