Description: Our client is an established, leading UK audit and property consultancy. They are recruiting for a highly motivated Retail Agent based in their Cumbernauld office. The role will involve providing development, funding and rental advice, dealing with marketing, tenant identification, targeting, selling, negotiations, transactions and legal liaison. This includes dealing with a high profile retail portfolio, for an enviable client list. The successful applicant will aid in providing advice to occupiers on acquisitions, this will include; defining space requirements to meet business needs, identifying suitable alternatives, recommending occupancy solutions, and negotiating lease and ownership terms with third parties. The ideal candidate will be an experienced, ambitious individual and will be expected to take responsibility for his or her own caseload. This position could be attractive to a surveyor who is looking for the opportunity to work for a forward thinking, successful property consultancy who is keen to grow and gain more responsibility.
