There is currently an opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join the Glasgow team. The successful candidate will have been employed within a similar organisation, providing a full range of professional surveying services; Contract Administration, Pre-acquisition surveys, Schedules of Condition and Dilapidations. As an integral member of the Building Surveying team, you will be involved in both Commercial and Public sector instructions throughout Scotland, ranging in value up to £5m. It is essential that you have strong technical ability, excellent communication skills and a proven track record of client facing experience. Our client have introduced some of the most innovative working practices in the industry, such as the opportunity to take a 3 month sabbatical.
