These services include agency, asset management, building consultancy, business recovery, corporate real estate services, development, financial services, investment, landlord & tenant and valuation. Due to continued success in their Scottish offices, our client has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Valuer to join their busy Professional team in Edinburgh. The role will involve working on a range of commercial valuations instructions for properties located across Scotland. The ideal candidate will be qualified surveyor, with significant experience of commercial valuations for loan-security purposes. This position is within a busy team, so strong time management and the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team will be very useful.
