Description: - 9 month contract role.- Manage a team through a period of restructure and planning and implementation.- Mentor and train staff on new policies and procedures.This large international property company is looking for a Project Manager to supervise the planning and implementation of a complete client banking restructure. As Project Manger, you will be responsible for extensive liaison throughout the business regarding project goals and progression of the project against target, and reporting and communicating progress made to investors. You will also be required to ensure any development work is planned to a deadline and delivered to schedule. As Project Manager you will also be responsible for coordinating staff training regarding the new systems and procedures, acting as a point of contact and support for all team members.The role of Project Manager requires an individual with keen communication skills, an ability to work to tight timescales, whilst providing continual updates to all parties concerned regarding progress made and challenges faced.
