Description: We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a local construction company in the Glasgow Area. Reporting to the Projects Manager with Assistant Site Managers and all site labour reporting to yourself You will be responsible for all site activities, direct labour and sub contractors, ensuring all activities are in accordance with the build programme and meet with health and safety guidelines. You will also be responsible to ensure that all orders for materials, services and sub contractors are in place and called off as required. You must have practical working knowledge of the construction industry and experience in a similar role. You will have successful managed prestige projects from inception through to completion including traditional new build and refurbishments.
