Description: My client, a large House Builder in the Lanarkshire area. Requires a contract timber frame technician to join their busy team in a medium sized practice. The successful candidate will have relevant experience in either a house builders office or an architectural practice. Proficiency in MBA would be beneficial, however, candidates with good AutoCAD skills would be trained fully. The office itself is well placed for driving and there are ample parking spaces. The start date is flexible and the working environment is very hands. This makes for a very positive atmosphere where all employees opinions are values and taken on board.
