We need a lettings negotiator that has some experience of the business and is capable of supporting the lettings team on all aspects of the business. If you are ARLA qualified it will be a bonus as is any SE London knowledge. Please do not apply unless you have industry experience of lettings and rentals. This renowned company has a strong local network of sales and lettings offices as well as international and offers superb prospects. The package is market leading with a basic of up to 18k and office pool commission together with a company car. You can expect to earn £35 - £40k in year 1 and have superb future earning potential.
