Description: Property / Site Asset Manager / Surveyor / Site Acquisition Surveyor (Telecommunications) required for our market leading communications client, covering the South West and Wales area. The successful applicant will have gained property asset management knowledge within a telecommunications environment. The successful applicant will be responsible for the management of a portfolio of broadcast stations throughout the South West and South Wales. You will also be required to maintain and build strong relationships with customers, planning authorities, local communities and individuals in other departments as well as ensuring sites are ready and available to accommodate new customers. Applicants will ideally have worked in a property asset management environment with site acquisition skills, within the telecommunications industry.
