Description: This fast growing North London based Property business is seeking an experience Financial Accountant to join its expanding finance team. Reporting to the CFO, this newly created position will be responsible for:Assisting in preparing financial accounts/ statutory returns for several companiesEnsuring financing transactions are accurately recordedProcessing intercompany accounts/ chargesProcessing company staff payrollUndertaking company secretarial duties such as opening new companiesPreparing tax returnsWorking with several bank accountsAssisting the CFO with any ad hoc work The successful candidate will have at least 2-3 years experience within financial accounts and ideally be studying towards ACCA.You MUST have a friendly and approachable character coupled with a hard working ethic to fit well within this open culture.Experience in the property sector is not necessary however an understanding of investment would be highly advantageous.This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast growing company with serious career progression.
