Description: Our client provides of drama-based training in the UK and internationally.A vacancy has arisen working within their Client Services Team - you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of all the training delivered. As such they are required to have excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of IT literacy.The Client support associate works as a full member of the CST team and also provides some basic Facilities and IT support to their office team of 20.The role is varied and includes a variety of tasks which include:Organise, schedule and book training deliveriesProvide a link between clients, office team and external trainers (associates)Be a positive and supportive ‘first point of contact’ for all trainersTravel and accommodation arrangements for trainers and office teamOversee general office facilities and suppliers – stationery; cleaning; IT; etc.Manage the internal and external meeting room control & maintenanceBasic Software & Hardware IT support – setting up Outlook users; basic troubleshooting; etc. (working alongside external contractors / suppliers)General admin support for team including overflow phone supportOther task within the CST as requiredKey Skills:Relevant project management experience – training; consulting; etc.Excellent working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPointExperience of project management or workflow programmes and processesExperience of travel and accommodation bookingsExperience of IT system set-up and problem solvingPersonal Characteristics:AccurateApproachable Articulate ConfidentCourteousEnthusiasticFriendlyNurturingPro-active Reliable They have a busy and friendly office and we are looking for a team player who shares their values driven approach to work.
