We are an expanding insurance company based in Caerphilly, who are looking for IT Administrators to join our organisation.The IT Administrator will provide support to a large development and IT department, acting in a first and second line support capacityJob Elements are:-·As part of the “Priority Response Team” you will be providing support to our Development and IT teams in a rapidly growing insurance business·You will deal with full lifecycle of user queries and all aspects of helpdesk support call management, through recording, tracking and resolution.·You will be responsible for managing ticket lifecycle using our ticket workflow software·The role will be varied and hands-on working to ensure customer service level agreements is met (SLA’s).·Providing assistance with queries relating to bespoke software, 3rd party Software and hardware issues and feature requests·Quality Assurance and Validation checks on system enhancements and upgrades. Primary Responsibilities·To be first point of contact, by Phone, E-Mail or any other contact method; To Manage the full Ticket Workflow cycle;To maintain and follow procedures when required; To find/remove or deal with DEAD tickets; To resolve simple or resolvable tickets; To Monitor the System Error Mailbox; To run some regular scheduled Jobs and monitor that automate Jobs have ran successfully
