Role:Mobile Technician Reports to:Operations Manager Main Duties and Responsibilities:Providing general maintenance to retail stores and outlets across N Ireland Providing a high standard proactive service including completion of routine maintenance in line with the PPM schedule Ensuring a quick response time to reactive problems communicated via the client’s authorised representative or the helpdesk Completing relevant worksheets and paperwork in relation to jobs Liaising with the operations manager and helpdesk operators on the contract Ad hoc dutiesPerson SpecificationEssential Experience, Skills and Personal Qualities:· Minimum of 2 years post apprenticeship experience · City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1 and 2 in electrical installation · Knowledge of 16th edition wiring regulations · Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to address difficult issues with energy and diplomacy. · Proven ability to manage a wide variety of tasks with the ability to prioritise and develop new opportunities and solutions. · Able to develop effective working relations with colleagues and client. · Full, clean driving licence · Measured and consistent approach to all functions and responsibilities. · Effective at team building and being able to work well within a team.· Ability to be flexible as and when required, whether it be a work task or an approach to people. · Commitment to job in hand, colleagues and company. · Extremely customer focused in all dealings with the client.
