Description: BackgroundTo manage the delivery of business objectives by meeting target customer and distribution needs through proposition lifecycle management The roleStrategic planning. Create & implement a prioritised strategic plan for agreed propositions and products Proposition Lifecycle Management Manage and develop the Offshore Investment product range. Manage the Proposition Lifecycle Management processes within the Offshore Investment products area. Actively seek and exploit new opportunities to develop the Offshore Investment proposition and meet business targets.*Offshore Investment = products and services provided by AXA Isle of Man for distribution through financial advisers based in the British IslesMarket knowledge. Develop, demonstrate and maintain a detailed understanding of the Offshore Investment product area including:market and competitor awareness tax/legislative/regulatory changes affecting the offshore investment market customer/distributor needs and segmentation costs, revenue and value As product specialist apply this detailed understanding of the offshore investment market area to meet agreed business objectives.Project management. Manage and deliver the design, build and launch of propositions that meet distributor and customer needs and business targets. Act as a project manager or member of a project team as required for delivery.Relationship Management/Influencing & Commitment. Drive, manage and facilitate key relationships with key stakeholders in own and other business areas to ensure the successful planning, execution and delivery of propositions.Continuous improvement. Take responsibility for own development and coach/develop team members as required.Skills, knowledge and behaviourProactive, self-motivated and willing to demonstrate own initiative Excellent communication skills Conceptual/ideas orientated Background in, or experience within, Marketing, Sales or Customer Service, Service/Delivery environment Practical knowledge of Financial Services market (offshore investment knowledge is an advantage, but not essential) Track record in building relationships and commitment The ability to influence and negotiate at all levels Product delivery experience an advantage  Additional InformationThis role sits within the Offshore Marketing team within Wealth Management.  If you would like any further information please contact Marie Allan on 0117 989 4717.  The closing date for applications is Friday 13th June.
