Description: Quality Assurance Inspectors RequiredMerthyr Tydfil£15,000 - £16,500Our client based in Merthyr Tydfil are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Inspector to provide a service to all departments within the company and to its customers. You will work on a 4 day on 4 day off shift pattern for this role.RESPONSIBILITIES·Reporting directly to the QA Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring all QA practices are carried out as trained.·You must be aware of all Health and Safety issues·You must follow company policies and procedures at all times·You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the labels are of the required standard and accurate and all products leave the plant within the specified limitsQUALIFICATIONS·Academic or vocational qualifications an advantage·Numeracy / Literacy·Food HygieneEXPERIENCEKnowledge of Butchery and production techniques in the meat industry.
