Description: We are currently recruiting for a Dutch speaking Consumer Care Advisor on behalf of an International Manufacturer based in North Shields. This role will be based on a 6-12 month contract with the possibility to become permanent.The primary function of this role is to build ongoing relationships with existing consumers as well as influencing new consumers through education, excellent customer service skills and sales ability. You will need to communicate technical and general product information via all methods including phone, e-mail and letter.You will act as a primary contact for consumers with inquiries, complaints, product information requests and returns, effectively answering and resolving incoming consumer inquiries and complaints to ensure consumer satisfaction, retention and product loyalty. The ideal candidate must be familiar with working with computers, adept at keyboarding and willing to learn new technical skills. You must be educated to a minimum of A level or equivalent, with experience in customer relations / services role. Full training will be provided.
