Description: Description Based in Coventry, Perm position.Whilst pro-actively seeking new opportunities to move the business forward, you will lead a team of Advisors who sell a whole range of insurance products. Achieve all agreed sales for personal lines insurance products and ensure systems and procedures are properly maintained. Ensure all sales are undertaken in accordance with the Company’s compliant processes. Effectively plan and organise daily activities. Actively manage the team’s performance and development. Effective management of customer service through efficient and professional handling of all customer enquiries. Effectively manage resources and the team’s rosters.Experience -Proven experience in a management or supervisory role ideally in a brokerage or a call centre environment is required.
