Description: This Organization based in Essex requires an experienced NHS Head of Payroll Finance to report to the Director of Finance for approximately 6 months, you will have worked in a similar environment in the past Duties1.Manage, develop and lead customer focused services providing value for money.Negotiate and deliver clear SLAs and SLA variations 2.Ensure resilient management and operational structures to accommodate current and prospective service requirements.3.Ensure services understand, contribute to and respond proactively to strategic agenda(s) developed by ESSA and other appropriate bodies4.Ensure Payroll Services respond to relevant modernisation initiatives such as Agenda for Change and other changes in the business environment such as pensions legislation
