Description:
My client is based in London and is looking for a Development Manager. The Development Manager will be responsible for the delivery of all capital programmes of new build, refurbishment and works to existing stock. The Development Manager will also lead and manage a team of project managers. The Development Manager should have experience with traditional and modern construction methods, including off site fabrication. The Development Manager will also have good understanding of the Housing Corporation Capital funding Guide, along with good knowledge of planning policy and government policy as it relates to housing development.
This is based on a 3-month contract.
