Description: Database Administrator - Charitable OrganisationOur client is a large charitable organisation that provides training courses to large customers throughout the UK. They currently require a Database Administrator on a 12 month fixed term contract, with potential to become a permanent position. You will be the primary owner and point of contact for the Directorate’s key database systems currently being implemented. These are MIS Course booking module (Training course sales administration system) and Sage Customer relationship system (marketing and account management system). This is a business focused role rather than a technical one and will involve a great deal of telephone support and face-to-face contact with colleagues.You will provide training to colleagues in the operational use of both systems (by way of workshops and structured classes), as well as the maintenance and up keep of all training materials. Also, you will provide third line support to IT department and directly to the users and other departments. Previous experience is essential.35 hour week.Please apply for further details.
