Description: Leading Cancer CharitySports Events Coordinator, Triathlon EventsBased in Central LondonSalary: £18,000 - £20,000Reference: 30079PGCLOSING DATE: MONDAY 9TH JUNEOur client is looking to recruit an enthusiastic Sports Events Coordinator to manage and develop fundraising from triathlon events and actively contrite to the overall success of the Sports Events teams. The main responsibilities include:*Managing entries/fundraising for designated sporting events, dealing with written and phone enquiries and sending out entry information and sponsor forms promptly. *Servicing and enhancing relationships with various departments.*Fostering and lasting relations with participants through telephone, mailings and emailing.*Assisting with updating and designing newsletters, fundraising packs, certificates, web pages, partner web pages, displays and sporting event stories. *Assisting and supporting events, this will include the occasional weekend and evening.*Maintaining an efficient filling system*Working within approved budgetsThe successful candidate will have fantastic customer service and communication skills.
