Description: The Worlds leading music and entertainment company is looking for a Production Manager to drive consumer sales and exploit merchandise rights for the UK and International Music acts, celebrities and entertainment properties. This new and exciting role will expose the Production Manager to senior level stakeholders and be part of an exciting team that spear heads the growth and development of one of the most high profile parts of the business.Responsibilities will include:*Production Managing web and Mail Order business, D2C sales for UK, EU and ROW (excluding US)*Co-ordinating the design, set up and management of Artist Web stores *Managing the web store and mail order product ranges*Working with product development team on new product initiatives, for example, seasonal products, anniversary products and gifts*Managing the Supply Chain relationships and cost budget*Managing the fulfilment teams*Responsible for stock control, inventory and purchasing decisions on Web Stores, Mail Order campaigns and other D2C campaignsCandidates should be:*Experience of managing web based D2C sales, billing and fulfilment*Experience of stock control, stock purchasing and managing multiple supplier relationships in a volume business*Background in D2C Production role is an advantage*Good understanding and use of stock control systems and product ranges*Pro-active and strong attention to detailThis is a great opportunity to work at the heart of a company with a vibrant brand that actively promotes innovation and that puts marketing at the core of its overall operation.
