Description: The Company Robert Half Management Resources are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity to beak into this well know media organisation ans a Financial Reporting Analyst The Role Review of balance sheet reconciliations and Sarbanes Oxley compliance files Monitor UK monthly close process, by liasing with the Revenue, Cost and Assets, Commissions and own team Provision of high-level commentary and analysis in Close Pack Compiling Corporation tax packs. Liaison with the tax director/external tax advisors Stock Option reporting for approved and unapproved share options schemes Quarterly corporate disclosure reports -operating lease and financial commitments, Auditor costs, Royalties, Related Parties return Working with SOx auditors Salary & Benefits £30 to 35 per hour Robert Half International will only consider applicants who hold the required visas for work in the United Kingdom.
