Description: Global organisation for internal communicators, with offices in London, Chicago and Sydney is recruiting for an experienced Conference Producer to join innovative events team.Providing research, reports, journals, events, training, newsletters covering topics in internal communications, employee engagement, strategic communication & knowledge management amongst others, this is an established organiser of conferences and events within the sector and would be ideally suited to an experienced producer looking for an autonomous role in an entrepreneurial environment where ideas are listened to! As Senior Conference Producer you will work closely with the Head of Content and CEO to develop the content of conferences and training courses, including annual events.You will develop relationships with new and existing trainers and create exciting new event formats. Ideally candidates will have some experience within the communications sectors and be familiar with the workings of FTSE 100 & Fortune 100 companies.Proven conference production and topic generation experience is essential as is intellectualcuriosity and the ability to spot future trends.You will be a self started, suited to working in a small but growingorganisation, who values being involved in the development of a business.
