Description: Fed up with the churn and burn of commercial conference production? Looking for a role where quality & standards count?Join this established and well known institute.Our client is looking for an experienced Conference Producer to join their busy team based in Chiswick. Responsibilities will include: •Researching topic content and market /competitors•Researching and defining target audience •Structuring information into a strong programme •Writing course objectives and / or event programmes and brochure copy •Searching for and inviting experts / speakers /advisors •Ensuring events are produced within budgets and meet deadlines •Working with events team to co-ordinate marketing, sales logistics and maximise & oversee sponsorship and contra deals. Candidates must have previous conference production experience, preferably gained within b2b commercial conferences, as well as strong research and communication skills.Great opportunity to join small friendly team. Some travel in UK may be required.
