Description: Alliance Recruitment are currently sourcing for a high calibre e-marketing co-ordinator. The principal aim of the job is to increase sales for the client businesses through the development of innovative, targeted direct marketing channels using the internet & email technology to drive online, e-commerce purchases.Within this role you will be expected to combine e-marketing and CRM to create one-2-one offerings for the target markets. To develop best practice processes for e-marketing fulfillment including e-loyalty and buzz marketing through the use of membership schemes and online forums. Develop and execute e-marketing campaigns in conjunction with the client Marketing teams and provide reporting/analysis on campaign results. Using website analytics to identify and implement continuous improvements in the design and structure of client’s e-commerce sites to increase browsing to order conversion rates. Promoting e-commerce systems at relevant trade shows, allowing the customer to experience the product with supporting guidance. To develop and maintain mechanisms for the capture and storage of information through websites including e-customer service and feedback opportunities to improve the customer service experience. To perform a variety of administrative duties in support of the Marketing team including the maintenance of customer databases for direct marketing use. The ideal candidate for this role will be someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills. With a strong background in working with all Microsoft office applications and in particular Excel. Online and direct email marketing experience is essential. As well as an understanding of DPA with respect to electronic direct marketing. Ideally you will also have proven experience and success of website/search engine optimisation as well as Content Management experience. Coupled with a working knowledge of CRM and other e-business processes. Commercial knowledge/experience of MS Commerce Server and CRM systems would be an advantage.
