Description: Description An international client in Guildford is looking for a new Marketing Assistant to assist with the all the UK marketing activities. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast paced and dynamic team. The successful candidate will need to be able to carry out the following tasks: Coordinate contacts with European Marketing teamParticipate inthe implementation of the marketing planCo-ordinate meetings/congressesParticipate in developing communications materialManagement of external agenciesSupport Regional Account Managers (communication, information on the product) and receive their feedback for input into the Europe office. Secure supply of print material relevant to the UK marketProof read US/EURO generated marketing materials to ensure suitability for the UK marketThe Ideal candidate will have the following skills: Business degree or equivalent (CIM qualification) or 2-3 years experience in Marketing, preferably in a biotech/ pharmaceutical environment. An experience of CRM packages would be a plus.Computer office packs and reporting toolsFluent in a European language is a strong plusCommunication skillsAdaptabilityStrong understanding of a multicultural environmentAutonomyOrganisation skillsTo be considered, you will be currently living within approximately 20 miles of the role.
