Description: A significant name within the Financial Services industry is currently seeking a Consumer-focused Senior Marketing Executive. Reporting directly into the head of marketing, you will be a POS and marcomms expert with some knowledge of web and extensive experience in co-ordinating 3rd party agents. Key Responsibilities:1.Managing POS/Merchandise ordering system (Astron);2.Sourcing of new merchandise and POS items;3.Working with the National Account Team on the marketing initiatives for National Accounts, including POS, promotions and staff incentives;4.Manage a significant proportion of the marketing budget5.Managing the use of the logos (on signage, POS etc.);6.Coordinating the distribution of promotional materials/communications to agent network;7.Advise Head of Marketing on innovative marketing/promotional ideas;8.Liaison with internal departments, external agencies and suppliers;9.Provide assistance to the Head of Marketing and Marketing team;10.Manage and update the FMT/WU website11.Manage and implement FMT’s involvement with the WU Loyalty Card12.Manage and develop agent promotional marketing campaigns (local marketing)13.Monitor, evaluate and report to the Head of Marketing on the outcome of all marketing/promotional activities; 14.Ad hoc projects and duties as directed by the Head of Marketing. Requirements:·Experience A proven track record in commercial marketing.·Flexibility--Must also be willing to be flexible in job duties to fulfil the team’s objectives, working on many projects at the same time.·Organisational skills - Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise workload to meet objectives and tight deadlines.·Communication and interpersonal skills - comfortable and capable of communicating with all levels of people within and outside the business both written and verbal with a high level of professionalism.·Initiative - demonstrated experience in generating and developing new ideas. Self motivated and driven to work autonomously when required·Computer literacy - Experienced working at an intermediate level on Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.Able to use Apple Mac preferred but not essential.·Team Player - able to successfully operate in a team environment to ensure the marketing teams goals are met.
