Description: CRAZY, WACKY, INSPIRATIONAL, INTERESTING, ZANY, BIZZARE AND WILD. How would you like to belong to one of the most inventive marketing agencies in the Kent & East Sussex area. They are looking for a creative Marketing Assistant to take an administrative role, with so much more fun to be had! You will be working alongside not only the Director but all other collegues within this open-plan office. The opportunity to speak to clients will come around often as the role of administrator is just a segment of what will fill your day, giving you the chance to be fully involved in the whole process of the client dealings. There will be opportunity for all employees to work their way up the ladder towards more of an account handling role. The office environment will be one of the friendliest you may have ever worked, with various incentives along the way. Along with all this you will be rewarded with a basic salary of £15k as well as a good company health scheme. You will be expected to have a high level and good understanding of the English Language as a small amount of proof reading will be required of you at times. A good knowledge of Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook Express wil be expected so you can maintain a high standard of administrative assistance. You will need to take a proactive approach to all aspects of your work including finding tasks to do while other team members are busy. Most importantly you will be expected to have an infectious laugh with a lovable sense of humour due to the excessive quantity of laughter in the office. One final thing for all candidates to consider takingthis role on, would be that of the element of Dressing Up for the company Christmas cards.
