Description: What to join a growing and community feeling PR agency?Our client is an award winning PR Agency providing most services throughout the communications mix.These include strategic communications planning, media services and training, event management, promotions and the production of marketing collateral.Their client base is both national and international and they have worked with some of the best known brands in the world on corporate, consumer and b2b campaigns.They have a large and highly successful London office and are now looking to significantly increase the PR professionals working from their Oxford office. They are seeking a number of existing PR Account Managers/Directors who wish to continue their successful careers in a growing and successful company by providing innovative and tailored communications solutions to a varied client base.Not for the faint hearted, you will need to be an ambitious, entrepreneurial, hard working individual eager to make your mark and help with growing the Oxford branch of the business.You will be educated to degree level or equivalent with strong agency side experience.Ideally this will have come from a consumer/B2B focus but this is flexible.You must have a good sense of humour and an independent attitude you will be given responsibility from the outset and must be able to hit the ground running. There are excellent company benefits; after each 6 months in the role an extra one week of pay is awarded to you.So you earn 54 weeks pay on a 52 week year!After one year you will have access to profit share.There is also a New Business Development incentive whereby if you successful gain new business you get a 15% share of the profit of the initial campaign for that client.This is very unique!This is a fantastic opportunity for ambitious, motivated individuals to help develop a business and the running of a company.
