Description: Strategy and Service Development Director – to £75,000 pa plus bonus and benefitsBased: LondonThe Strategy and Service Development Director will lead the strategic planning process, translating the output into deliverable actions and integrating these in the Annual Business and Corporate plans. Working in concert with other areas of the organisation, the Strategy and Service Development Director will also create and implement a Service Development Plan and develop / deliver innovative service packages tailored to precisely meet customer needs. The Strategy and Service Development Director will also oversee budgeting, financial management and reporting for the business together with all procurement.Our client is a government backed organisation, providing business information, advice and support to thousands of SMEs at all stages of maturity and development.The Strategy and Service Development Director will be able to demonstrate extensive experience in a business support or knowledge transfer industry and a good understanding of the execution of strategic business plans.
