Join the evolution, work for StepStone.Requirements A formal project management qualification would be an advantage ? more important is a track record of success in complex systems delivery Proven project management experience in a software environment Experience of working on rapid software deployment, supported by knowledge of HR related systems and projects Skills to build high levels of credible with leading-level customers and internal stakeholders Experience of measuring commercial and customer deliverables during and post project Significant knowledge of relevant project management tools, including Microsoft Project, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint, supported by knowledge of SharePoint A demonstrated commercial awareness alongside a distinct drive towards achieving functional and project targetsResponsibilities Owning and delivering the full project life cycle for enterprise i-GRasp projects, including providing regular updates to project sponsors, producing relevant metrics and reports and ensuring delivery to timescales and budgets Managing the successful transition of a project across each functional area, from sales to implementation through to customer success Acting as the internal and client facing point of escalation on deployment projects Clearly defining documentation requirements for each I-GRasp project and produce a definitive list of deliverables and accountabilities at the outset Ensuring that each phase is appropriately documented and sharing information through an intranet SharePoint system Producing a key learnings document at the end of each project to ensure continuous improvement in deployment Constantly improving relationships across other teams to encourage a more effective delivery, and aiming to reduce costs wherever possibleThe IndividualWell organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritise under high pressure situations, as a Project Manager with StepStone you will need to be confident inspiring trust when working with others, and comfortable managing multiple complex work-streams and relevant documentation at the same time.
