Job PurposeTo ensure the delivery and development of client services to support contractual Service Level Agreements (SLA’s). Control ongoing development of the partnership with the customer to ensure that the client deliver innovative solutions and process improvements. Manage other minor partners to ensure delivery and development of services to support contractual Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)Key AccountabilitiesEnsure delivery of contractual SLA’s between Xerox and the customer Monitoring and refining SLA’s to ensure the service is meeting client requirementsDevelopment of Supplier Performance Scorecard and ensure performance monitoring in place Operations interface with Commercial Contracts Manager and Delivery Manager to ensure seamless handoff of responsibility.Identification and execution of service improvement initiativesTake an active lead and responsibility in transition and transformation in client’s service area of Warehouse Management and Distribution activities.Manage the Demand Planning and Inventory Support Analysts Team to ensure effective stock levels to meet Client SLA’s whilst maximising effective use of asset.External engagement to develop professional subject matter expertise and wider customer goals e.g. Sustainability AgendaChampion cross functional initiatives as required in support of the Delivery Team objectives.Candidate RequirementsConsiderable experience of running operations within logistics and distribution environments. Knowledge of Contract Management Awareness of the marketplace and industry related to logistics and distribution People management experience. Excellent communication skills Influencing skills Ability to develop and implement own objectives Analytical Process management
