Our client is a major actuarial Consultancy firm that operates within the General insurance field. There consultants provide advice mainly to insurance companies helping them to analyse their pricing, reserving and model their assets and liabilities. They have developed a range of software which they sell to there clients to enable them to perform some of these operations. A small team supports the sale process, and due to the growth of the business they require an additional member for the team.The role would entail:* Being the first point of call for customer service queries.* Preparing and calculating quotes for annual fees and additional sales.* Handling sales queries about licence fees, orders and contract renewals and extensions. This will involve the interpretation of licence agreements.* Arranging and following up on trials and demonstrations.* Supporting our overseas resellers.* Maintaining the sales and marketing database* Producing sales forecast and summary reports.* Maintaining price lists, marketing materials and installation instructions* Distributing new software releases and mail shots.My client is looking for candidates who have solid experience in a customer facing role and have proven administration skills. You should be quick to learn about the various different requirements of there clients and the characteristics of each piece of software. You must have a strong advanced knowledge of Excel and Word, be numerate, and have an eye for detail.
