Description: I am looking for a number of Programme Office consultants to work for a major bluechip. The successful candidates will have experience of business change and ideally worked in a financial environment.Roles and Responsibilities:.Supports the collection, co-ordination, analysis and distribution of management information for projects/programmes to ensure the information required is available, accurate and on time. .Provide advice and guidance on programme and project management to programmes/projects to ensure adherence to relevant procedures and standards. .Supports the development and maintenance of the information hubs for projects/programmes to ensure that all documentation is signed off, baselined and change controlled. .Reviews and validates project/programme documentation to ensure that they comply with relevant standards, procedures and policies. .Supports the quality assurance of project/programme deliverables to ensure that they comply with relevant standards, procedures and policies. .Successful internal and external audits.Availability, accuracy and timeliness of information and documentation.Attendance and contribution to appropriate meetings and forums.Feedback from programme and PMO team on quality and availability of advice and supportSkills.Good interpersonal and communication and skills.Good planning and organising skills.Project management related skills e.g. planning.Data collection, analysis and reporting skills.Able to command respect with project managersKnowledge.Knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programmes and projects.Knowledge of programme and project management approaches.Knowledge of budget/finance controlExperience.Qualified in an appropriate subject, or equivalent experience: Prince 2, MSP .Experience of Project and Programme Office, project management, .Experience of staff management.Financial experience a bonus
